General Event Questions

When and where is the NW Chiro Expo?
The NW Chiro Expo will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Location Victory Hall 1201 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134.
Med Legal Dinners are 3-hour evening events held monthly across Washington State. They provide 3 CE Credits, complimentary dinner, networking, and focused discussion on the overlap between chiropractic care and the legal field for the Med Legal Dinners.

Go to the Med Legal Page, choose your event, and complete the RSVP form. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged

  • Med-Legal Dinners: Thursdays or Fridays, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • NW Chiro Expo: Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Expo) with Afterparty from 6:00 PM – 9:00PM
No. Each event is separate. You may attend just one dinner, several, or only the main Expo in Seattle.
Yes. Dinner is included at Med-Legal Dinners, and lunch will be provided during the Expo. The Expo Afterparty includes hosted drinks, dinner, and entertainment.

CE Credits

How many CE credits can I earn?
  • Med-Legal Dinners: 3 CE credits each
  • NW Chiro Expo: 8 CE credits
Yes. CE credits earned at NW Chiro Expo and Med-Legal Dinners meet the continuing education requirements for licensed chiropractors in Washington State.
Yes. Certificates are emailed to all attendees after each event, once attendance is verified.
Check with your state board. Washington-approved CE credits are accepted in many states, but requirements vary.

Yes! Tickets are now available and can be purchased directly through the event listing.
Ticket pricing is tiered and can be found on the homepage for full details.

Yes, while Med Legal Dinners are free to attend, an RSVP is required to secure your spot.

Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee if you cannot attend. Contact info@nwchiroexpo.com for assistance.

Details on refunds will be published when ticket sales launch.

How do I become a sponsor?

Visit the Sponsors Page and click “Become a Sponsor.” You’ll be directed to our sponsorship inquiry form.

Sponsor packages vary from logo visibility to exhibitor booths and keynote introductions. Contact us for details.

Go to the Become a Speaker page. Fill out the application form with your proposed topic and bio.

Logistics

Where should I stay in Seattle for the Expo?

A list of nearby hotels and lodging partners will be provided once the Expo venue is finalized.

Yes. Parking information for each Med-Legal Dinner and the Expo will be posted on the Events Page closer to each date.
Business casual is recommended for all events.
Yes. At the main Expo, exhibitors and sponsors will have booths showcasing products and services.
Yes. Students in chiropractic, healthcare, and legal programs are encouraged to attend.
